Esther Oxford has formally worked as a news and current affairs development producer for Mentorn, Oxford. She also worked as Head of Drama-Documentary Development for BBC Leisure & Factual Entertainment, pitching ideas for news-driven and investigative docu-dramas.

Esther recently produced a BBC Panorama, Born Asleep, about Britain's extraordinarily high number of stillborn babies – and what can be done to cut the death rate.

Again, it was Esther's idea and original research that won her the commission.
